The mechanism
How can you get money back without changing your flight?
Major US airlines dropped change fees on standard economy and above. So when the price of your exact flight falls below what you paid, the ticket can be rebooked at the lower fare — same flight, same seat — and the airline issues the difference back as travel credit in the traveller's name. Dipback watches for those drops and handles the recovery, so the only thing that ever moves is the price.

What we can watch
Tickets booked directly with a supported airline, on standard economy fares and above. Basic Economy, Saver, and similar "light" fares, award/points tickets, and travel-agency (OTA) bookings aren't eligible — those can't be repriced without the airline's fees eating the saving. We add airlines as we verify their policies.
