A small company that watches airfares.
Airlines let you claim the difference when your fare drops after booking. Almost nobody does, because nobody is watching. Dipback watches.
What we do
One job, done properly.
You forward a booking confirmation once. From then on we watch the price of that exact flight — same carrier, same flight numbers, same dates, same fare product — and when it falls below what you paid, we recover the difference for you. Your flight, seat, and booking reference never change.
A person checks every drop before anything is filed. Fare data is messy, airline rules differ, and an automated claim that turns out to be wrong costs you time we would rather spend getting it right the first time.
How we make money
We only get paid when you do.
Adding bookings and watching fares is free. On a $480 fare that drops to $360, the difference is $120: we keep $30 — a quarter — and $90 comes back to you as airline credit. If the fare never drops, there is nothing to pay. That is the whole business model, and the full version lives on the pricing page.
